If you ever plan to do wedding cakes, you just can’t miss this vital class! Learn the necessary tips and tricks for engineering and supporting your stacked masterpiece. Also, you’ll learn how to transport wedding-style cakes. A MUST for every aspiring decorator.

Additionally, we’ll learn a variety of additional borders and side decorations found on today’s most popular cakes.

Pre-requisite: Must have taken Beginning Cake Decorating classes.

Supply List:
Bring two 10″ round cakes AND two 6″ round cakes (stacked and crumb coated in buttercream icing). Put the 10″ round cakes on a double 12″ round foil-covered board and the 6″ round cakes on a 6″ plastic or foil-covered board. Bring three pounds of buttercream icing, food coloring (and 3~4 mixing bowls), a 4 1/2″ off-set spatula and a set of four spiked pillars (5 ~ 9″ tall, crystal or grecian white). ALL other materials and tools will be provided by Pila’s Pantry for use during the class.
